Make an offer (we're wishing you luck!)
Once you’ve found the right home, have your realtor submit your offer. Once your offer is accepted, we'll work together to sign application disclosures and submit your documentation to underwriting.

Review your documents
Once your loan is approved and your iappraisal and title search are complete, and conditions are submitted for review, the file goes back to the underwriter for final review.

Clear to close
Once the loan is cleared to close by underwriting, we schedule your closing date and the final paperwork is prepared and generated.

Get your keys!
You sign your final documents, receive your keys, and officially become a homeowner. Congratulations - you did it!
